The One Room Challenge is easily my favourite blogging challenge! If you haven’t heard of it before, it’s a challenge hosted by Calling it Home to redesign a space in your home in six weeks. It’s a huge challenge, but it’s SO rewarding to watch your space transform in just six short weeks. It’s not just my space though… there are 100s of participants transforming stunning spaces and I’ve weeded through them to share 10 of my favourite show-stopping modern one room challenge reveals!
My Modern Living Room is one of my absolute favourite room renovations that I’ve shared on the blog – we were (and still are!) so proud of this space!
As I scrolled through the links and stopped to stare in awe at my favourite spaces, I noticed a few themes….
1) Wallpaper! I don’t consider myself a very “flowery” person, but I am really loving the floral wallpaper in some of these spaces!
2) Dark accents! It’s no secret (see my Home Colour Palette) that I’m a fan of the light and dark contrast, especially the moody tones.
3) Black and white everything! Most of these spaces are anchored in black and white and it’s inspiring my whole home design.
There is a TON of great inspiration from the ORC and I could only share a few, but these are the modern spaces that made me pause and stare!

So much inspiration! We definitely have similar taste Lindi, as many of your favourites were mine as well. Your family room turned out incredible! I love the contrast of all the white & that beautiful pop of blue. And that fireplace wall....
