Beautiful ideas for perfect shelf styling! Not sure what your shelf is missing? Here are some beautiful finds to bring height, depth, texture, & more!
Shelf styling is not a skill that I had when I started blogging. Truthfully, I was awful at it. Everything I did ended up looking cluttered and uneven. It’s taken me a few years to learn how to style things properly so that my shelves look balanced and beautiful. One of the first things I realized is that perfect shelf styling requires stuff. It doesn’t all have to be new stuff, it can be stuff that brings you joy, or stuff you use regularly. But today I’m sharing a few of my favourite styling finds from Amazon in hopes that you can find what your shelves are missing!
What should we put on our shelves?
There are a tons of great items that you can fill your shelves with to bring the right balance of texture, pattern, colour, etc. You can probably shop your home for most of it, but I’m sharing a few of my favourite finds below so that you don’t have to spend hours searching like I have.
These are the main categories of things that I like to put on my shelves. Everything I picked out below falls into one of these categories, and I’ll explain a little bit about why I love each item.
