Can you believe that it’s less than a week until Christmas?! I’m an over-planner. Is that a thing? You all know what I mean though. I had my whole house decorated for Christmas mid-November and I had my Christmas shopping almost all done by the first of December. I plan ahead. But this delightful cookie decorating station, can be all planned out in an evening – no over-planning required. I had so many comments about it when I shared a sneak peak in my Christmas Kitchen Home Tour, that I knew I had to share the details with everyone.

Guys! This is the funnest thing that you will add to your home this year! Or next year… lol.
Here’s all you need:
Gingerbread or sugar cookies
Icing that can stay out for a while (like this one)
Sprinkles
Icing squeeze bottles
Small glass jars
I bought a package of gingerbread cookies, but if you have a favourite recipe, you can obviously make them too. When we didn’t have any cookie eaters, I had the cookies in a clear, sealed container to keep them fresh.
Something about having your Icing in a squeeze bottle makes it 10 times more fun to ice a cookie :)
The sprinkles is the winner for the kids. My daughter and her friends LOVED choosing which sprinkles they would use. The clear way to a child’s heart.
I had the whole station set up so that guests saw it as soon as they entered the kitchen. It has been a HUGE hit.
If you share a similar cookie decorating station, I’d LOVE to see it! Send me a pic or tag me on Instagram!
Don’t forget to check out the entire Christmas Kitchen, if you haven’t already popped over there :)
