Three magical words when said together: Pumpkin. Spice. Latte.
It’s getting cooler outside, and I’m getting cozier inside. Coziness, in my humble opinion, requires warm drinks, knitted blankets, and good books [or blogs!].
I thought I’d help my readers achieve at least one of these things by sharing our fool proof and delicious recipe for a Pumpkin Spice Latte {at home}. Just as delicious, but a fraction of the cost!
Originally I had found a few different recipes to try. I tasted them, and trialed new ideas, and eventually settled on an amalgamated recipe that was perfect for my family: quick, easy, and delicious!
Print the recipe here to try it at home!
If you’re making lattes for more than one person, then just double, triple, etc the recipe until you have enough :)

Pumpkin Spice Latte {at home}
A quick, easy, and delicious homemade version of the famous Pumpkin Spice Latte.
Ingredients
- Freshly brewed coffee (of your choice)
- 1 1/2 tbsp. pumpkin pie filling
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- Optional [in others' view] topping: Whipped cream, nutmeg, cinnamon
Instructions
- Brew coffee of your choice
- Whisk together pumpkin pie filling, brown sugar, and milk
- Warm up whisked product, and froth the milk (if you have a frother)
- Pour milk mixture into your favourite fall mug, and fill up the remainder of the mug with coffee
- If you chose to, you can add whipped cream on top and sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon

Hope you like it as much as we do!

Oooo....I'm going to try this. Do you make your coffee a little stronger than normal or just your normal pot?

I just made a normal pot, but you could definitely make it stronger too if you like string coffee! Both would be great!
