If you caught my Fall Home Tour this week than you already saw a sneak peak of this beauty. It’s probably my favourite throw pillow! I can’t get enough of it! I wanted something that felt fall-ish, but would also last through the winter. I throw pillow + half a year. Sign me up! Here is my new favourite DIY no-sew deer pillow!

I said it last year, and the year before. And I’ll say it again: I LOVE the fall. And decorating for the season. Up north, where I come from the pumpkin spice lattes are flowing, the sweaters are coming out, and the deer are already showing up in our backyard. Time to start the fall DIYs!
Materials:
Heat Transfer Vinyl
Platinum 6 Machine
Deer Die Cut
Heat Transfer Vinyl
I have sewn pillow covers, but I’m not a big fan. I figured that the best way to make my own pillow design, was to start with a finished cover, and add my own flare to it. I used my Platinum 6 Machine to cut the heat transfer vinyl into the deer shapes, and ironed the deers onto my pillow cover. It really is as easy as it sounds!

I love the versatility of this project. You can chose any colour or design you want. I chose maroon and navy because I’m hoping that they can live through summer and winter decor for years to come.
If you didn’t get a chance, make sure to stop by my Fall Home Tour!

hey hey! What a funky touch! Very "you" too! I am seriously digging those colours, and they go so well with the taupe (?) pumpkins from the house tour.
