No Bake Cherry Cheesecake is the perfect summer dessert. There is no baking required for this delicious dessert so you can put it together and let it chill until you’re ready to eat. It’s great for summer gatherings and the colors are perfect for Canada Day!
It’s summer and time for mason jar desserts! I was looking to share a great new recipe on the blog that I could share with guests at a Canada Day party, and I knew a mason jar dessert would be perfect.
My mother always used to make this cheesecake recipe and it was a hit with everyone who shared it. You can thank my mama for sharing this No Bake Cherry Cheese Cake recipe today [for Canada Day!].
Any treat in a jar is always a hit. What is it about these mason jars that gets everyone so excited?! Your guests will definitely feel special when you hand them their own dessert jar!
I knew I wanted a dessert for my Canada Day festivities that would be red and white – like our wonderful country’s flag. Cherry cheesecake is clearly the best red & white dessert out there!
The recipe takes some preparation because you need to let each of the layers chill and set before you add the next layer. Mine took about 30 minutes of actual prep time, but needed 4 hours to chill in between layers. They will also sit in the fridge nicely overnight if you want to prep them early.

Have you used other pie toppings with this, like apple or blueberry?
