You can build your own with some wood, screws, stain, and a few other supplies and tools.

To begin, cut all of your wood to size.

Next, sand all the wood pieces. This is optional, but it does cut the sanding process down at the end.

Now you can assemble the legs of the bench with wood glue and clamps.

Drill pocket holes to prepare to attach the legs, frame, and bench top together.

For a more custom look add this chamfer to the underside of the bench top.

Give everything a quick sand, and then assemble the outdoor bench.

Add your favorite weather resistant finish to the bench. We love the dark ebony wood stain we chose.
