We picked up a smaller Godmorgon unit from the AS-IS section at IKEA and put it together. Then we installed it in place in the bathroom.

We used leftover material from another Ikea cabinet to make the filler pieces but you could use wood.

Use pine board or MDF to make your drawer fronts. If you are going to stain them use pine boards.

Create the fluted detail and paint.

Modify drawers to allow for your plumbing.

Install your new fluted drawer fronts.

I love how this turned out! You could do this in a weekend and upgrade your bathroom vanity~
